***Amy’s Granny’s moist cornbread dressing full of chicken, celery, onions and sage.  Nobody made “dressin’” like Alene Mabry did!

***Succulent boneless, skinless chicken breasts roasted with lemon and garlic.

***Seasoned ground beef steak smothered in a savory onion brown gravy.

Tuesday: Chicken Spaghetti

*** Spaghetti smothered in a cheesy Ro-Tel sauce with tender chunks of chicken breast.

Wednesday: Pot Roast with Potatoes & Carrots

*** Juicy sirloin tip pot roast in onion gravy with chunks of potatoes and carrots.

Thursday: Catalina Chicken

*** Grilled chicken breast topped with a sweet and savory glaze. Great over rice or sliced up for a salad topping.

Friday: Lasagna

*** Amy’s Special Recipe Meat Lasagna: Ground beef, Italian sausage and pepperoni in a hearty tomato sauce layered with lasagna noodles, a mix of cottage, ricotta and parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella, asiago, and romano cheeses.
