Monday, March 3: Chicken & Dumplins
Old Fashioned Chicken and Dumplins like my Granny used to make—-the Southern real-deal kind! Chunks of chicken and tender dumplins in a thickened, creamy broth. This is comfort food at its best!
Tuesday, March 4: Spaghetti
Thick, rich meaty sauce made with 90/10 ground beef mixed in with spaghetti pasta.
Wednesday, March 5: BBQ Chicken
Marinated and grilled boneless, skinless chicken breasts basted with my homemade BBQ sauce. Available in 4, 6 or 8.
Thursday, March 6: Salisbury Steak
90/10 ground beef patties seasoned with garlic and other spices simmered in a hearty brown onion gravy. Available in 4, 6, or 8.
Friday, March 7: Beef Stroganoff
Sirloin cubes slow-simmered in a sour cream sauce served with egg noodles.
Each is available in SMALL or LARGE size. SMALL feeds approximately 4 people. LARGE feeds approximately 6-8 people.
